Mackenzie assists Steve with the successful promotion of his listings. When there is new activity in a neighborhood—like new listings, price updates and recently sold homes—she spreads the word to the neighbors with fliers and messages.
Everyone is interested how market activity affects their real estate values. Also, people have a real attachment to their neighborhood and often know people who would make good neighbors. Steve is positioned as a neighborhood market specialist ready to help homeowners with information or take on new home selling clients when the time is right.
The most important job Steve can be doing is helping buyers and sellers directly. Mackenzie’s role on the Team allows him to stay focused while she manages second level services like maintaining brochure boxes, neighborhood announcements and other vital marketing tasks.
