Showing feedback questions that get results

Most all listing agents solicit feedback from showing agents about the buyers’ experience. The vast majority use the built-in default questions (I’ll show you at the end of this post) that in my opinion don’t really provide any useful information to the seller or listing agent.

I ask customized, thoughtfully prepared questions that are designed to elicit better responses, more participation, and are asked with a little bit of humor that always helps!
