My job as a buyer’s agent

  1. First, download my buyer checklist. This list contains the steps you need to follow to buy your dream home.
  2. Send an email to Steve@SoldonShawnee.com so we can set up a search for you on the MLS and begin sending you homes that fit your search criteria.
  3. Check out this estimate of buyer’s closing costs. This is the approximate amount of cash you will need to have available on the day of closing in addition to your down payment.
