I believe it’s my job to not only find you the perfect home, but also to educate you throughout the entire process so you know you’re making the best short and long term financial decisions.

My job as a buyer’s agent

  1. First, download my buyer checklist. This list contains the steps you need to follow to buy your dream home.
  2. Send an email to Steve@SoldonShawnee.com so we can set up a search for you on the MLS and begin sending you homes that fit your search criteria.
  3. Check out this estimate of buyer’s closing costs. This is the approximate amount of cash you will need to have available on the day of closing in addition to your down payment.
