It’s HVAC tune-up time to be winter ready
Our friends at First American Home Warranty are advising homeowners that now through November 30 is the time to get a fall tune up. Here are their recommendations:
- Between September 1 and November 30: time to schedule your fall tune up.
- Between February 1 and April 30: time to schedule your spring tuneup.
So if you have a home warranty—and specifically a First American Home Warranty—you want to be sure this option is included in your policy to help your heating and air conditioning systems run smoothly all year. In addition to being more efficient, doing so will keep your heating and cooling costs down.
