I’ve listed these mortgage professionals in order of my experience with them. There is no one on this list I would not use myself or recommend to a family member. People or companies you may be familiar with do not exist on this list only because I do not have experience with them, or the experience I did have was not five-star caliber.

Above all, I strongly recommend using a LOCAL LENDER—just like your real estate agent—someone who is a part of the community, has a reputation to maintain and will be close by during and after your transaction closes to answer any questions.
