When is Oklahoma’s tax-free weekend for back-to-school shopping?
Oklahoma’s annual sales tax holiday is scheduled for Friday, August 1 through Sunday, August 3, 2025. During this period, you can purchase qualifying clothing and footwear priced under $100 per item without paying state or local sales tax. This exemption applies to both in-store and online purchases.
What’s included:
- Clothing and footwear designed to be worn on or about the human body, each priced below $100.
What’s not included:
- Accessories, athletic gear, protective equipment, and rentals.
