Reflecting on 2023: a heartfelt journey with friends, challenges, and real estate triumphs!

Hey there amazing friends and neighbors!

woman with hands over her heart expressing gratitude

As we wrap up 2023, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had together. Life is full of twists and turns, highs and lows, and I’m so grateful to share these moments with all of you. Let’s cherish the blessings and the connections we’ve made with friends and family.

As a dedicated local Realtor, it’s been a year of growth and learning. I want to be transparent and share both the highs and lows of our journey. First off, I owe you all an apology for any unanswered emails or text messages. We try our best, but sometimes we miss the mark. If you’ve experienced delays, I genuinely apologize. We implemented a new communications management tool and we’re still working out the kinks! So be patient with us šŸ™‚

Now, about tricky closing dates ā€“ real estate can be a rollercoaster, and I’m sorry for any changes that may have inconvenienced you. Trust me, we share your frustration, especially when dealing with the unpredictable twists of new construction and supply chain challenges.

And let’s talk about one of my biggest pet peeves: misspellings. I cringe at the thought of misspelling your name, your company, or anything else. My apologies if we’ve caused any cringe-worthy moments.

If there’s any way we’ve failed to meet your expectations, please share your thoughts with us. Your feedback is invaluable, and we want to grow from it and make things right.

On a bright note, I want to express my deepest gratitude. To our amazing clients, you’ve entrusted us with your properties, and it’s been an honor representing you. Huge kudos to our fantastic team members who’ve worked tirelessly to empower our clients in reaching their real estate goals.

To those who’ve recommended us to friends and family, thank you for extending our network. We’re also thrilled to support Community Renewal of Pottawatomie County and the REALTORSĀ® Relief Foundation, none of which would be possible without your generosity.

To everyone reading this, you’re an essential part of our Sold on Shawnee community. Whether you’ve spent quiet moments reading our updates or celebrated at the closing table, your presence has made a difference.

As we approach the New Year, I’m excited about the prospect of reconnecting with you and those seeking a top-notch real estate experience. Here’s to a 2024 filled with dreams coming true!

With love, joy, and immense appreciation,
